I had mention to one of the staff we were at the hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and the HR Manger sent up a cheese tray a bottle of wine and a ballon!
Over and above to make our stay wonderful!

The entire complex is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. We really appreciated the shuttle service that will take you almost anywhere on the island and pick you up to come back within minutes of your call.
We didn’t have time to use the free bicycles, but we saw they are SUN Brand and our bikes at home are the same brand. They are Wonderful bikes to ride.
Food in the dining room was excellent.

What a beautiful hotel location right in the beach village of Jekyll Island! Rooms were beautiful and very clean. There was a slight issue with our room temperature as the air condition did not work, but we were only there for one night and did not complain about it. However, we did mention during check out and they did over compensation for the inconvenience. Great staff! Would definitely return.
