Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it.
On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service.
