Lovely swimming pool and great location. The room was big and the staff were really friendly. They organised a late check out for us which was great. Excellent parking in the centre of Florence. Although the pool is lovely, there are no amenities such as bar or restaurant. The shower was really low, my husband just about fit! Overall a nice stay.

The staff was very helpful, kind and accommodating when available! We arrived around 6pm to check in and no staff was present, which made the process
a little complicated - it would have been easier if we were just sent one link/document with all relevant information related to our stay, including information on how to lock the door. In terms of the room, the toilet seat was quite loose, and the soaps provided were tiny (and only shampoo was provided, no conditioner). Other than that, great location and lovely pool area. Breakfast was good as well!
