Fantastic location close enough to the attractions of Florence but in a relaxed little neighborhood…clean and classy and quiet. But the best part was the host Abby who met us each day with such excellent guest care.
Good to know there is a flight of stairs from street level up to the hotel level

It was a treat to stay here. The concierge was especially helpful, preparing morning coffee for us and offering travel tips. This made our stay in Florence all the more delightful.

The beds were made. It was a good location. The staff was nice.
The lobby smelled of smoke. There were 31 steep stairs to climb. The exterior bathroom was right outside their office! The shower is extremely small. A large person would not fit.
