The property was in a great location. Be ready for lots of stairs. Dragging our luggage up the steps was the hardest part

The room itself is in a great location in Florence, although a little inconvenient to get in an out as you have to walk up several flights of stairs and go through several locked gates. However, it is within close walking distance to several major attractions and restaurants. The room was small, but clean and maintained. Check-in was also slightly inconvenient as it is a few blocks away, and they also charged us for luggage storage since we arrived 2 hours before check in, which I've never had a place do before. Overall though, it was a good place to stay and I would stay there again.

Lots of stars, staff was accompanying, did not like five keys to access the room, location was great, lost of noise from street even from the third floor
