Amazing location, everything is a short 15-20 minute walk away. The Duomo is 5 minutes away. The overall experience was amazing and the room was perfect

The property was nice and clean. Everything was good. We was closed to everything around across the street a beautiful, nice café delicious coffee. I recommend a coffee. It is across the street from the property.

Location is great, insanely central. Can't imagine a much better home base to explore Florence from. Value for money was okay. The building itself is quite interesting architecturally.
Check-in is chaotic - the check-in location is not at the actual rooms, I almost missed this. Getting into the room is a puzzle where you are handed four separate keys and an A4 page to figure out how to find your room. The room was not super dirty but also not super clean. Little hole in the ceiling where the showerhead is. That's a little bit spooky/uncomfortable.
