The hotel staff here were so helpful. They went over what not to miss in Florence which takes extra time, so we highly appreciated this. We discovered that our apartment was inside of an ancient coliseum. So much history! They greeted us with a cold drink and it was so refreshing on a very hot day. In the morning, they had coffees and pastries available which was unexpected. Thank you so much! A wonderful stay!

The hotel was very clean and amazing location! Parking is $30 and staff didn’t speak English. The apt was offsite but once we figured out gate - had a great stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Different air conditioning (as a legal limitation because it is in the old town) but it worked well and cooled the room down
