The owner was very helpful and cooperative, but above all, we highly appreciated the location.

Great location, 1 street behind Duomo. There are actually 2 #11's on the street, so go to farthest end. Clean & comfortable. Extra towels out in corridor.
The hairdryer wasn't working, which was rather minor.

Location is amazing, room was clean, air conditioner was a godsent.
Shower cabin door cannot close properly and leaks, slippery hazard but wasn't really a big issue.
