The hotel staff service was very good,property itself needs a lot of maintenance,having said that we enjoyed our stay,language was a barrier,but we survived with google translate.

Chose this hotel because it was in the quiet area of West Lake. The rooms are very nice - but the breakfast was poor in terms of both choice and quality. They paid little regard to customer service and even could not supply a street map!.
It could be a fabulous hotel - the management needs a good 'shake up' and staff should be trained!!
