Very good location near the stations of Sol and Opera. Gran Via and Callao are also walking distance depending on your appetite for walking. The main museums are very close within 10-15 min walking distance and there are lots of good places to eat around there with a lot of variety and various cuisines and types. The hostel itself is good. Cleaning staff come daily. Air conditioning is good and very necessary even in June. They do their best to age match guests for mixed dorms. Breakfast is excellent for €11 lots of variety, yoghurt and fruit. Overall excellent value for money. Well kept. The stairs are a little wonky but there is an elevator and any technical issues are addressed quickly. Staff are attentive and friendly. Laundry is €9 and luggage storage €3.

Limited amenities due its nature, but very convenient: well placed next to Puerta del Sol, which is great for dining, transportation, night live, shopping.
Good and affordable breakfast with a surprising buffet with ample choices.
Comfortable and clean room.
