A truly wonderful property in a prime location.
This was my third stay this month, and Iāve decided this is my exclusive choice for Melbourne.
The upstairs rooms are exceptional, featuring vaulted ceilings, king beds, and thoughtful amenities like de-humidifiers and multiple mirrors (for you ladies).
General Manager Minesh and his team are incredibly personable and helpful.
I highly recommend an early morning walk along Riverview to enjoy the historic Craftsman homes, followed by coffee at the nearby Wawa.
For dining, The Creek, Backwater, and Aya Mediterranean are must-visitsāthe kebabs at Aya are reminiscent of authentic shashlik.
One simply cannot beat the value for a Florida weekend on the Indian River!

This place is fantastic!
I highly recommend booking an upstairs room with a king bedāthey are spacious, spotless, and incredibly quiet. Youāre within easy walking distance of some great restaurants and just three blocks from a 24-hour Wawa gas station, deli and convenience store.
For a scenic stroll, check out the street behind the hotel to see the stunning Craftsman-style homes and beautiful trees.
The staff is wonderful, but the woman at the front desk is truly a standoutāsheās amazing and deserves a serious raise!
Great value and a relaxing experience.
