I enjoyed my stay here on the 3rd floor with a balcony and bridge view. I was able to have my dog with me. She loved our adventure as well. The room was clean and adequate. Parking was good and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

When we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra "environmental fee" (about $6.86 for 2 nights) to pay for some fee the city adds. (there was NO indication of this when I made the reservation).
The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. But it said, in the paperwork we were given at check-in,that housekeeping wouldn't come in the room until we left, but they still did. Parking wasn’t very good. The TV channel selection was not good either. Entrance nearest elevator was uneven and hard to pull the cart in. THE WiFi wasn’t good. (My devices immediately came up with a warning not to use their WiFi and it was pretty weak to boot).
