Customer Service was excellent, the wait staff and bartenders were some of the friendly people we have encountered during any stays in Mexico.
Our room was always cleaned and restocked within a short time frame.
The ocean view was great and the pool was beautiful and very well maintained. The grounds/gardens were beautiful.
The only downfall was the food, the speciality restaurants were not that good at all. The buffet was a great morning place to eat but you had to be careful about the food being cold.
We put in a repair order for our room but never got it fixed while we were there.
Would we go back...yes but would need to figure out a different food.

Can’t put into words how amazing the staff were! Awesome place to relax and enjoy some personal time. Definitely would recommend it to any of my friends.
