The Hyatt was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly friendly, especially the bartenders. The private beach was amazing, and the views were absolutely stunning.
One disappointment was the beachfront Balise bed we reserved inside one of the pools. We were under the impression that reserving the bed meant the pool area would be more exclusive or restricted to paying guests. However, the pool was open to everyone, which took away from the experience and made the reservation feel less worthwhile.
On a positive note, the rooftop Japanese restaurant was excellent. We were able to watch the sunset from there, and the view was truly incredible. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed many aspects of the resort.

Beautiful property. Staff was so nice! A more relaxing resort, great for a getaway if you want to unwind. Food and drinks were okay! Plenty of options for everyone

The room always smelled really good and clean, food was really good with different choices although I wish they had more Mexican food, but the Japanese restaurant was really good. Most of the staff were really kind and helpful! Willing to help with anything. Beach club was also fantastic we went early we had breakfast and lunch, snacks and drinks. Pool could be a bit more clean but was nice.
