It’s beautifully located by the beach, and I really enjoyed the water aerobics. There was also a good selection of food, with plenty of options to choose from.
One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely surprise the hotel arranged for our wedding anniversary. I contacted the hotel beforehand to ask if they could do something special, and they went the extra mile by decorating our bedroom. My husband and the children were so surprised! ❤️ Thank you so much for making our anniversary extra special — we truly appreciate the effort.
The staff are hardworking, friendly, and always willing to help. There are also evening activities available, although unfortunately we couldn’t join many of them as we were all exhausted after our busy days.
Our children, aged 6 and 8, absolutely loved the kids’ activities and had such a wonderful time.
We had a lovely and unexpected experience while walking along the shore — we even had a special encounter with baby sea turtles! 🐢🌊💙 It was such a beautiful and memorable moment for our family. ✨
Overall, we had a lovely family stay and really appreciated the effort the hotel made to make our anniversary memorable. ❤️🌴

The staff were so attentive in every thing specially in the palapa buffet, the food was good and plenty of food to choose from.
Just that i got the room till 4 because it was not yet clean and that on the check in day you can only conect to wifi after 5 pm

The location, which was on the beach. The staff worked hard to ensure all guests were looked after. Family-friendly hotel, the food was good. The swimming pools were large and there's an adult pool on the 2nd floor..
It's a tired hotel, could do with an upgrade. Also, the check-in system needs to be improved as there are long queues and long waits.

The people around the resort were nice and try to assist.
The place is outdated, food was very bad and the front desk not very friendly.
