The service here was excellent! Our server, Antonio, was very attentive and took extra care of the older members of our group. Isabel, who was cleaning outdoors, was super nice. Bartenders Nestor and Christian were fantastic—Nestor was very attentive (make sure to ask for his special shot!), and Christian went above and beyond by stepping in to keep us safe and comfortable when an intoxicated guest was giving us a hard time. The entire staff made us feel completely secure and well-cared-for. We had an absolute blast at Royal Solaris, and it made it so hard to leave!
Key card stopped working during our stay multiple times. The food option can be better. It’s hard to get reservations for large groups. The entertainment stops at 12am

The service was excellent. The server Antonio was very attentive throughout our whole visit and took extra care of the older people in my group. Isabel who was outdoors cleaning was super nice. The bartenders Nestor was also super attentive ASK FOR HIS SPECIAL SHOT. Christian the Bartender was also nice, he helped us from a drunk guy hating on us for speaking English. The staff made us feel safe
I don’t like that everything is kinda closed after 12am. It’s really hard to get reservations to a restaurant for a large group of people. One of the members in my group fell outside due to wet floor and no staff ever came out to help or clean it up. I wish the entertainment was better. The key card stops working durning your stay sometimes. Sometimes the food is good but sometimes the food is not good. They run out drink supplies, whenever I would ask for something they would say something is missing for the drink, so I just kept ordering mango margaritas after that

The location: between the lagoon and the ocean makes up for the perfect view. It is not an enormous hotel, makes it easy and fun . The beach is gorgeous. Edgar, concierge in charge of us made the stay easy.
It is not a 50+ hotel. At all. Need to go to the Caribe Solaris. That is the hotel beside it.
