Estancia tranquila en Cancún

El silencio y la tranquilidad, la habitación muy amplia y cómoda y las vistas al mar y la selva increíbles. Excelente desayuno, muy rico y completo. La atención muy amable. Hermosa la terraza en azotea con piscina. Genial, gracias!!

Pool on the roof

Poor food hygiene, outdated products, poor breakfast quality and option. Uncomfortable location. Staff on reception keep on selling alcohol to a guest after a repeated ask not to. Price on reception desk vary from booking 30%. Money return on card for outdated food never happened.

Great Property Overall. Marriott never disappoints

The property was clean, the room was spacious, modern and designed great. Its located at the beginning of the Hotel Zone. Its relatively close to the airport.1 The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Parking was available on property.

While the property was located in the Hotel Zone its at the very entrance. We drove for 15-20 minutes to just get to the centre of the Zone where all the activities are. The pools were lovely however not heated.

Beautiful stay at the hotel, would definitely come back!

Beautiful and spacious room. Rooftop pool and snack bar were great. Super convenient to have a hotel shuttle (although only working at certain times)

Pas grand chose

Personnel pas aimable, climatisation très bruyante dans la chambre. Il manquait un lit dans une des chambres ! Le réceptionniste a mis 15min à trouver notre réservation ! Petit déjeuner vraiment très très médiocre. On y a passé une nuit avant de démarrer notre circuit dans le Yucatan, car l’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport. Aucun intérêt d’y rester plus longtemps

Estrutura boa, funcionários ruins

A estrutura do quarto e muito boa, hotel novo. Piscina no topo muito boa.

Café da manhã desorganizado. Fui atendido pelos extremos, funcionários muito queridos e solícitos ou sem vontade de ajudar. Quis prorrogar minha permanência, fui instruído a olhar nos canais eletrônicos que o Front Desk não poderia me ajudar a ver a disponibilidade. Engraçado que no turno seguinte era completamente diferente e a pessoa fui super solicita.

I'd defintely book this again!

The room was perfect! It was very clean, spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen. Very comfortable huge bed with fresh, and super soft linens. Nice area to sit and work, as well as a comfy sofa. A big TV that turns all directions. The pool areas are nice (don't forget to grab your towel in the lobby before heading upstairs). Nice, clean and well-equipped gym. Near the airport, and easy to find. Free parking, and plenty of spots near the entrance. If you have a car you're close to the public beach with free parking (though they expect tips both when and arriving AND leaving - very weird...).

No view from the room. Very crowded breakfast room, too long wait for food, due too kitchen being understaffed, and low capacity compared to the amount of guests. Broken glass and spilled food that wasn't cleaned up. I'd say: lower your expectations on the breakfast or skip it completely and go out for breakfast instead! Or make your breakfast in the great kitchen in your own room! Expensive lobby shop, but easy to find super markets if you have a car

Room was newer built. Style was nice. I liked the carpet to floor transitions, well done. Shower was very nice, high ceiling. Although I didn't use the kitchen much (just the fridge), it's was nice.

Room was small then in pics. You guys used wide angle lens probably for bigger effect. Sofa looks nice but was very uncomfortable, it's too straight to sit on. Office chair was too small to sit in, it's kid size. Had to asked for a pool towel on the ground floor. Basically, I had to travel from my room to the ground floor, then ground floor to roof. How does that make sense? 🤔 Pool is not deep enough. The elevator required an RFID key card, which didn't work well. It took 5 to 6 scans to work for each use. Bad RFID reader/system.

Praktisch zum Übernachten bis zur Weiterreise

Die Nähe zum Flughafen Cancun perfekt! Vor- oder nach- dem Flug ideal! Komfort in der Küche mit Geschirrspühl-Maschine!

Extrem lange Kochzeiten an der Poolbar. Ein Hamburger und ein Chicken-Taco mussten wir nach einer geschlagenen Stunde warten, annullieren! Er war noch nicht bereit!

Landschaft schön, aber jeder möchte dich abzocken und am schlimmsten die Taxis mit Taxischild.

Bei der Ankunf wurden mein Sohn und ich sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Frühstück war gut und das Abendessen im "Restaurant" fand ich jetzt nicht so überzeugend. Das Hotel ist sehr jedoch sehr sauber und obwohl kein eigener Strand vorhanden ist war der Pool mit Bar und sehr schöner Aussicht doch eine angenehme Abkühlung. Vielen Dank an das Nette Personal.

Das Hotel bietet keinen Flughafentransfer und das obwohl die Taxis vom Flughafen zu Hotel (10 min. Fahrzeit) bis zu 110 Doller/Euro verlangen. Das ist Wucher. Denn am Flughafen gibts Busse die fahren für ca. 20 Peso, also einwenig mehr als 1 Euro. Das sind schon fragwürdige geduldete Tatsachen in Cancoon. Lieber private Taxidienste rufen da zahlen sie 8 Euro zum Flughafen. Und zum Schluss wollte uns ein Taxi für die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel 330 Dollar/Euro betrügerisch abbuchen. Also Finger Weg von sogenannten Amigos am Flughafentaxistand.

Buen lugar para la familia.

La distribucion de la habitación era amplia. El desayuno incluido tambien fue muy bueno y variado.

El cuarto olia muy feo, a humedad y a cloaca. No se porque no preguntamos porque solo nos quedamos 2 dias pero fue muy incomodo dormir con el olor, no insoportable pero tampoco agradable para una vacación.

Für die erste Nacht sehr gut geeignet.

Wir benötigten ein Hotel für die erste Nacht nach dem Hinflug, die Lage in der Nähe zum Flughafen war ein Grund zur Buchung. Die Ausstattung für den Zweck war mehr als ausreichend. Sehr großes Zimmer/ Apartment.

Hotel ist leider nicht eingezäunt, es könnte jeder auf das Gelände gelangen, daher sind auch die Parkplätze nicht wirklich bewacht. Die Dame beim Check-In war etwas unmotiviert, die Rezeptionistin am nächsten Morgen war aber mehr als freundlich. Im Badezimmer waren noch ein paar Haare von den vorherigen Gästen, das war nicht so schön.

El concepto del hotel me gusta mucho por la comodidad que se puede llevar mascota y esta contigo en cualquier parte del hotel.

No me gusto y lo extérnanos que lo vimos bastante deteriorado y sucio, comparado con el de Mérida, si creo que deben poner más atención en el mantenimiento y limpieza. Por el bien de la cadena.

the more I like was the confort of the hotel as a whole, excellent staff, breakfast was good. property cleaning excellent, and finally the facilities at room are good for family visit, because you can prepare your own foods and drinks. keep it cooling.

public transportation is not available, however uber services are good.

The room is very nice and clean. Gym is small but does its job.
