We stayed in a prong room with a small terrace which was great to look over the street and people watch. Very quiet and relaxed hotel. The room was perfectly clean and presented. Such a lovely check in from staff who helped so much with our lack of Japanese. The private bath was great. Excellent location, only across the road for a couple of onsen. Map and guidance on yukata given. Would definitely stay again.

This was my first ryokan, but easily the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Every need I had was already anticipated. I didn’t know hospitality like this even existed. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and eat here. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
