La gentillesse du personnel car je me suis trompé de jours de réservation et elle a tout fait pour m’aider, le lieu est magique, une librairie avec possibilité de boire et manger , elle offre une boisson par jour👍 sa proximité avec les onsens, le téléphérique, la gare à 10 mn à pieds.

Es lo más barato que puedes encontrar allí. Y para una noche cumple perfectamente.
Todo muy limpio, la habitación algo más grande de lo esperado, y el personal muy amable y atendía en persona (que como aquí se lleva lo del check-in non-facetoface, se agradece hablar con alguien directamente).
Es una habitación pequeña, con un baño compartido minúsculo. Las escaleras también son bastante estrechas para subir con maletas. Pero nada que no supiéramos previamente antes de ir.

Personál byl super a nápomocný. Pro někoho by mohla být potíž to že personál nemluví anglicky. Ale za negativum to upřímně nevidím, obzvlášť jsem radši když je jako první nenapadne mluvit anglicky

Lokalita hned u populárního onsenu
Je to starší budova tudíž jdou slyšet zvuky z baru a to docela dost. Chtělo by to nějakou zvukovou izolaci.

Tak the host is fantastic...friendly, helpful, and he speaks decent English. His customer service attitude makes his small, simple guest house a mouse that roars. The bookstore in front where guests check in is cute, fun and interesting, a nice, welcoming space.
