Great stay. Josh was so helpful with everything from luggage transfer, to massage and restaurant recommendations. Conveniently located next to the sanjo station, making it easy to get around Kyoto.

Very clean, close to train station. There is a washer in the room, a big help. It is not a hotel, it is a guest house.

James, the general manager was so friendly and helpful. I really recommend this stay, it is an excellent accommodation, especially for the price. The location is perfect, close to the subway and also bus stop, close to shopping and food. Highly recommend!
