We had a lovely, short stay at Finca Barlovento. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is restful and the overall feeling is very private and low-key, with a high level of service.
The staff was very conscientious and accommodating. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Food offerings are good, though somewhat limited, but we were only there for a couple of days so this was not really an issue. We used the pool and spa services - the pools are small but refreshing and massage was wonderful!
I recommend this location to people who want to be in a natural setting. Since it is adjacent to Tayrona National Park, it's an extremely comfortable place to land after longer beach hikes in the park.

The view was amazing. The room very nice. The whole setting is perfect. One of the best hotels I have stayed at.
Now the caveats: a little fridge in the room would be nice.
Food quality was not up up to the standard or prices. After our first dinner we ate offsite. That is a pity.
Wines totally overpriced.

This is the loveliest place I’ve ever stayed at. The hotel is beautiful, the views are stunning and the staff is incredible. Everything was very clean and organized.
