Great location and friendly staff. I stayed on a weeknight so it was quiet, the room was showing a bit of wear and tear but was clean and very comfortable. And the fan was greatly appreciated!

Overall, great location and pleasant stay. Amenities were lacking in the room and the lack of air control beyond a window being open or shut wasn’t ideal, especially when working with excess background noise. WiFi was spotty during video calls. However, the staff were lovely and the room was just fine.

fine, functional, well located, good staff. Bar downstairs, food available also. 10 minutes walk to train station, or to city centre.

We came for a concert at the Co-Op live and the hotel was perfect. Only a short distance from Picadilly and in close proximity for the tram. The hotel was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We'll definitely be back the next time we visit!
