Very nice clean room, comfy bed, coffee maker and a simple continental breakfast. Cereal, eggos, juice, coffee, banana.
Mini fridge in room, desk ect
Owner was very nice and present

I did not have any of the breakfast because I overslept.
The coffee in the room was sufficient to get me up and on the road. Good stay.

The check-in process and staff were ok. The room was clean and had all basic amenities to be expected of a hotel room, but the deadbolt was broken. The unheated pool was ok but the pool area had very little patio furniture which was mostly broken and cheap. The grounds were ok but some repair areas were left unfinished. The breakfast was ok for a simple carb loaded breakfast, but I had to remind staff to put out basic stuff like cups and bowls. The hotel charges a $100 deposit, which takes too long to clear from a credit card. The highlight at this hotel for us was the refrigerator in the room. It was cold and clean. It even kept my ice packs frozen. The hotel was also quiet overall.
