Everything was great about this hotel, except one thing, the road getting in. It’s definitely a little off the beaten path and expect lots of dirt and dust on the way in. outside of that, the staff were very kind and professional, as is almost always the case in Mexico, the place was very clean and the views were beautiful. It probably deserves five stars except for the location. If they would pay the roads in and make it a little smoother to get in, that would probably make it a five for me.

Beautiful hotel! We barely saw any other guests on this gorgeous property so it felt like it was our own. Food was a little hit or miss (the steak is a hit, the poke bowl was a miss). Staff was soooo nice and very accommodating. Spa is not manned unless you have an appt scheduled so same day appts are unlikely to be accommodated, but they will make next day appts. Everything felt clean and well maintained. Bring your own drinks and food to the pool - there is no staff there. It was truly a treat to feel like we owned the place. The location of the property is a little out of the way, so you will either need to be prepared to drive to the vineyards (dirt roads, not well lit) or hire a driver (hotel suggested a great driver for $1700pesos/4hours). Uber is not reliable in the area. The location is very close to some of the BEST wineries and vineyards in the region. Food and drink throughout Valle is phenomenal. We will be back!

Our stay was very pleasant. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a relaxing weekend. The property was beautiful, well kept, and clean. The atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

This place is fantastic. Best stay in the Valle. Been to 4 others. This will always be my #1 choice. Clean and friendly staff. pool and grounds are fantastic. didn't try mini golf, basketball or tennis but next time. Same with the bikes that they have available. Great and affordable breakfast. Room was spacious and safe. Staff went above and beyond. due to the dirt roads and having a lower camry i drove too fast and lost a part of my plastic skid plate under the engine. Moises was able to have Angel get under the car and with some zip ties they secured it for continued safe driving through the valle. That level of care and compassion was awesome. don't use apple maps as it takes you the wrong way. use google maps as hotels.com provided and come from the side of northern road (near el cielo). Thank you to the staff for making a wonderful stay.
