It's the first time that I've stayed at a 4 star hotel by choice in India. I generally just enjoy 5 star hospitality in India but didn't have much available in Varanasi and Ayodhya (will review that too). Arpita at the front desk is great! She's very professional and very pleasant and I saw her handling all kinds of queries and customers like a pro.
Keshavnath (hope I got the name right) in the housekeeping was excellent. The room and bath were super clean.
The room was quite spacious and I liked the separate seating and sleeping areas.
Though I didn't eat at the hotel, the dining always called to ask about breakfast & dinner as that was included in my booking and I appreciated their due diligence.
The so called travel desk was a joke though! Completely useless in answering basic info.
Will certainly consider this place again for a stay if visiting India/Varanasi again.
