1.Overall Found satisfactory . But before leaving your Hotel or Check out time invoice not made by Staff ,? Why ? This is wrong procedure , Given take .
2, During check in your Hotel , Your counter staff behavior abnormal and compelling me for depositing room rent , it is not a general practice Hotel industries ,
3. After check out your Hotel .I have received hotel invoice on my whatsApp without manager signature , It is objectionable due our internal account dept not accepted your bill .

The room was specious. Looking decent. Good storage.
They charged me extra for a twin bed room because my daughter was staying with me. At the time of booking there was no option showing in the app to choose number of persons. So I had to accept '1person' only. So I thought as it was a twin bed room it's obvious that two persons were going to stay. Why would anyone choose twin bed room for one. But ignoring the fact that i was not given the choice to edit the number of persons and we did not used any extra service, they charged me extra money.
One more thing, I requested the house keeping to mop the floor using water, but they just spray some liquid and wipe the floor. That makes the floor sticky and difficult to walk on barefoot. It never feels clean.
In our bathroom hot water system was not working.

We’d booked the king suite, the room was super comfortable for us with enough space for our toddler to play. The staff was friendly and helpful, specially Abhishek and Aryan. They helped organise transport every time we travelled out. While there’s no restaurant on site, many restaurants deliver to the location and the staff provided clean disposable cutlery and drinking water. Overall, a very comfortable stay for a family.
The room flooring was very dirty when we arrived. However, once we pointed that out the staff immediately cleaned the room for us.
