The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from the train station. We were in Ovar for the Spring Carnival which venue is also walkable from the hotel.
We liked the quiet neighborhood and good breakfast. The facilities are a bit dated but are in decent condition, They don’t provide water kettles so if you love a cup of tea, you may need to figure out something.

The restaurant is a bit of a scam … there is no price and you end up being charged for things you either didn’t eat or didn’t know was charged … this is very dishonest … never seen that in any other hotel in Portugal during my stay … shady !!!
