We had a fantastic stay in this charming hotel this weekend. We stayed for one night and needed somewhere central. The location was outstanding, and only a couple of minutes from Earl’s Court underground station. We arrived early and although we couldn’t get our room immediately, our check in experience was fantastic- beautiful and clean reception area, friendly staff, and quick and easy luggage storage. We returned later that evening to pick up our key, and again the warm and friendly welcome shone through! We loved the hotel- a charming building and charming facilities. Our room on floor 3 was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Huge window with a beautiful view over the hotel’s garden, and an ornate wooden bed which was very comfortable giving us a perfect nights sleep. Towels and bedding clean and fresh, and seemed new. Bathroom was great too, including bath and shower. A lovely touch is that all bookings include free tea and coffee during the day, and a continental breakfast. The staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful, and served fresh pastries direct to our table which was a lovely touch! Hot breakfast was available at a supplement, but we enjoyed the continental and felt there was enough choice to set us up for the day. Check out was quick and easy, and our super-friendly welcome was matched with a super-friendly goodbye. DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend this a hotel! Thank you for a great stay!

A fantastic location, just steps from the Earl's Court tube station with lots of food places and little shops to pick up any forgotten necessities! The provided breakfast is simple, but nice. The rooms are small, but they have mini fridges (a must for us, as we had to refrigerate medicine). The property could use a refresh, though. The linens and restrooms are cleaned, and the beds are fine though the mattress we had definitely had some sinking spots. The fan in the bathroom also did not work, and it was such a small space it really did get steamy! Those were the biggest cons, overall it was a place I'd stay it again.
