Price, location, cleanliness
So hot in the rooms and the fan provided was too noisy to sleep with on. Having windows open you can hear all the noise from road / tube

Location is excellent.
Unfortunately the apartment is quite small and gets very hot in summer. There is only one small window, which is not enough to cool the apartment, especially since it gets direct sunlight from the morning.
On the last day, the Wi-Fi was not working. There was also an inspection, which I was only informed about the evening before. Although my presence was not required, I would have appreciated being notified further in advance.
After the inspection, the electrical outlets stopped working. I reported the issue, but it took around 3 hours for someone to come and restore the electricity.

It had a bed and a functional shower.
It was the size of a shoebox, the sink had a distinct smell of sulfur, the bed was pretty basic and the windows kept swinging about because they didn’t stay open. This meant the room was very hot and stuffy.
