It seemed to be in a safe part of town. Comfortable and decent space. I liked that there was both a fridge and microwave. Greatly appreciated the fan since there isn’t AC.
Very minor - the ledge under the bathroom sink above the drawer is a little grimy and needs cleaned. I accidentally grabbed it when trying to open the drawer and got grease on my fingers.

Price, location, cleanliness
So hot in the rooms and the fan provided was too noisy to sleep with on. Having windows open you can hear all the noise from road / tube

Very clean and comfortable accommodation, conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the tube station.

It had a bed and a functional shower.
It was the size of a shoebox, the sink had a distinct smell of sulfur, the bed was pretty basic and the windows kept swinging about because they didn’t stay open. This meant the room was very hot and stuffy.
