Location was good , just two mins walk to earls court underground. Many restaurants, bars and stores nearby
That was my 4th visit in last 2 years and probably this is the last time I stayed there. they don’t care if you’re returning customer, they will never ever accept your request for anything. Further , I requested them many times before one week of arrival to change my dates initially I've booked from 2 to 6 sep but due to some urgent matter i have to be back by 5 so i requested them three times and they denied it , usually hotels do listen and amend. also, hotel is 2 star not a single facilely that says hotel is 3 star.
