The hotel was in a great location just a few minutes walk from Earl’s Court tube station and shops restaurants and a co op. The room was immaculate and looked like new furnishings, with new mattresses were being delivered as we arrived (they were very firm) anything we asked staff for such as additional towels and adjustments to the heating in our room were responded to within minutes. The breakfast was buffet and plentiful which was great before a day of sightseeing. We were very pleased with the hotel overall.

The hotel was a little tatty although decorating was taking place. The staff were helpful & the breakfast was great.

The room is very dirty and old. Elevator doesn't work so you have to carry the luggage yourself to the room. I stayed in the 5th or 6th floor and I have two heavy luggagies but no one can help you only myself. It's a very terrible experience to me.

Reasonable hotel for cost. Fantastic links to underground and loads of shops and pubs a stone throw away.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Kensington Court Hotel. The hotel was close to the tube station and restaurants and pubs on the main street within Earl's Court. We were always greeted by the front desk workers when we entered or left the hotel. The breakfast was a large spread with different options to choose from. The rooms were just what you needed, although the shower was a bit small and slippery.

Disappointing experience on arrival. Reception desk refused to accept that any room was booked ‘you don’t have hotel reference number’. I showed an Expedia booking reference, I showed them the email welcome note sent from hotel, I had the credit card used to pay, the Staff member also advised there was only one booking that day (mine) - but he used every spurious reason to say there was no booking made. After almost 10 minutes debating with the hotels (he) agreed yes there was a booking. Appalling customer welcome. Any one of many pieces of information presented could have satisfied the check-in in seconds.

Overall, an okay hotel. The room was slightly larger than in most hotels in London and the bed was okay, as well. The place could use a little update, though. The breakfast was adequate.

I did not like anything about this property! Very deceiving! I was very disappointed! The site pics were so deceptive!

The best effort was made by housekeeping.Daily cleaning. Breakfast was available everyday. Our room felt damp, and dated, but it was clean. Close to transport and food. Friendly desk clerks.

Less than 5 minutes from the Piccadilly and District underground Earl's Court Station. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Easy ride from Heathrow Airport and St Pancreas Station.

A really great place in a nice quiet location but near the tube and restaurants. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Minor upgrades to things like the toilet seat (room 21) and access to premiere league on telly would make it all around an excellent value for the price

Lovely boutique hotel very conveniently located to a central Tube station, markets, and multiple restaurants in a quiet and safe area. Staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The beds were comfortable and clean. Room was spacious!

The staff was most helpful and went above and beyond in every aspect

Stayed for 2 nights. We had 2 rooms booked and were allowed to check in and park early, which was really great. Guy at check in was very helpful. Rooms were a good size with a large double bed and sofa. A few signs of wear and tear but clean sheets and fesh towels dally. Breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of pastries, bread toast, cheese, ham, scrambled and poached eggs,beans, cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Fresh coffee and fruit juice as well. Despite being busy, the staff were very attentive and refilled everything promptly.

The service and reception from all staff was excellent. Mr Shaid at the reception was supporting us during all pur stay. Well done!

Great area around the property

Kensington Court hotel was a wonderful stay for us Canadians in London, great area, very close to earls court tube station. Staff were all very friendly and helpful!

I liked the location.

The building is slightly run down, but not as much as the lift which felt dodgy and was very small. Breakfast was very poor. Staff seemed nice and were friendly.

This is a good, basic, convenient hotel. It was clean, staff were very nice. Breakfast was just ok, needs a little more variety though. For the price it was ok. I'm reviewing as an American, and it was on par with American red roof inns or motel 6 rather than say a Hampton Inn. I would probably choose a different hotel if we went again, but location was great.

Staff was great, very helpful in places to see and help with tickets to get in.

I booked the Kensington Court because we were coming back from a European trip through London for one night before flying out of Heathrow home to the US the following evening, and its location a few blocks from Earls Court tube station is very convenient for getting to and from Heathrow. Earls Court is on the Picadilly line and the station has an elevator. However, I was quite delighted by the neighborhood, with many conveniences and a pleasantly busy feel, and I think I'd enjoy having the hotel as my base on a longer trip. Earls Court Station also has the District line, so many areas of London are accessible by tube without needing to change trains. The room was large, with a full-size sofa, desk area, mini-fridge, adequate shelving and closet space, king size bed, and adequate bathroom (the bathroom door closed automatically but I managed to keep it open for ventilation by jamming the bath mat under it.) Our 4th-floor room looked out on a block-sized green space with trees, flowers, grass and lots of birds, including 4 green parrots that were quite entertaining to watch! The breakfast buffet wasn't spectacular, but the coffee was decently brewed, and made to order eggs were included. It's also quite good value for the price (except maybe during the Wimbledon tennis tournament...)

The location of the hotel from central London and tube stops was brill, however the Kensington feel wasn't there due to scaffolding on buildings.The service was quick and responsive. The room (Quad Room) provided didn't match any pictures on this site. As soon as we stepped foot into the room, we knew we weren't going to stay with the stains on pillows, floor and walls. It also didn't feel as safe as it could be with the lock of the door falling off as soon as we closed the door. I mean in retrospect you get what you pay for and for us this seemed like a good deal but it wasn't worth it. As my mum would say it was a "cheap and dirty dive".

Good prices, great location that is very well communicated with 3 different tube lines. Good service and breakfast included.

It was ok. Room was okayish. Bed was really hard. But all was well
