This was a last minute book and we were surprised as to how convenient this hotel was to meet our needs.
The room was basic but had all you needed and was clean and well presented.

It was located very close to train station and other public transport, as well as to places to eat. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and let us check in early. It was quiet and clean and for the money great place to relax when visiting the big city.

Room was more spacious than expected, with good amenities such as hair dryer beside mirror. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff most helpful also. Convenient location.

The room was ok
Although a walk around the block made it farther than it appeared on the map the location was acceptable from the station
Receptionist was too busy at the check in time. Rude and unhelpful. Also made a mistake in mixing up the billing. I was over billed which took a long time to deal with later. There one only one receptionist although there were two stations. The small foyer became really crowded
Free WiFi was too loaded unable to connect at all in the afternoon. Finally succeeded after 7 pm
