Our location was terrific. A few blocks from a major Underground Station. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
Our room was in the basement. This would not be a legal hotel room in the states. One door. No other egress in case of a fire. And, the doors clearly marked ‘Fire Door - Keep Closed’ were propped open.

Excellent location. Only 3 mins walk to Earlscourt Tube Station. The bedroom and ensuite were spotless with all the necessary requirements. The staff were most courteous and helpful & the buffet breakfast was v good.
I would have liked a wider selection of fresh fruit for breakfast.

When I arrived the check-in process was made extremely smooth, thanks to the friendly and helpful attitude of the receptionist, Sonny. Super easy.
Also the neighborhood is great with lots of bars and restaurants and it's easy to get to the tube.
The bed was rock hard, so woke up with a lot of aches. The sink in the bathroom was difficult to operate - Couldn't drain the basin.
