Good location and very modern
We asked for our room to be made up which l always do when staying in a hotel. The towels were soaking wet as the jacuzzi bath doesn’t have extra towels or a bath mat, so we had had to use them for a floor. We returned late afternoon to find the room hadn’t been touched. I saw a cleaner outside and asked her and she simply said “we have finished working now”
I managed to get some towels and made the bed and emptied the bins myself but it’s pretty shocking service for a hotel of that price and rating to not bother to clean a room. We also realised later that night that we only had the one toilet roll that was almost empty. We were ready for bed at this point, didn’t want to get dressed to try and find some more, so had to make do with what we had.
