Room was small, as expected, but clean & bed was very comfortable. Decent wardrobe space with safe & hairdryer.
Good, hot shower. Tea/Coffee making facilities and bottled water supplied.
Air-conditioning in room a bonus.
Reasonable selection of hot & cold food for Breakfast & the staff in the Breakfast Room were lovely, helpful & friendly.
The bathroom has a glass sliding door which is fairly heavy/stiff to push and quite noisy as it slides. If the bathroom is needed during the night, the light from it floods the bedroom waking other occupants.
The reception staff (on check in) barely looked at us, shoved a form at me with no explanation & on giving us the key, pointed vaguely in the direction or our room.
Luckily another member of staff was nearby & they kindly showed us to our room.

Rooms really small, no fridge in room and for how much we paid was not value for money

Location
The size of the room and bed. Very very small. The bed was extremely hard. Did not manage to sleep as my back was in excruciating y pain from the hard mattress.
