Very nice area close to tube, very quiet facing a leafy garden square only steps away from busy hub. Staff very friendly, fast service, all young enthusiastic people, it is an old building with a few creaks but overlook this for a good value comfortable stay

Great location and friendly helpful kind staff available 24/7 .. close to underground and shops and restaurants
Small bathroom and no aircon but a fan was provided and windows opened wide

The room itself was okay - bed was comfy
It was under renovation - mess along the corridors and dirt. Luggage room was a tiny cupboard with no room in.
