The bed was comfortable bed, the room was clean, the staff helped me get a travel adaptor so I could charge my phone. The hotel is in a convenient location for central London.
There was no breakfast (or breakfast area) that I could see, and the shower wasn't the greatest.

Location is great, very easy access to main attractions in central London. The staff were nice.
The water pressure in the shower was the worst I've ever experienced. It's probably fine if you're bald, but if you're someone with hair on your head that needs regular washing, then this isn't the best place to stay.

I always stay at Earls Court area when in London. Booked a triple room this time but eventually only two travellers. Room is generally clean and comfy. Breakfast is good. Staff genuinely helpful.
Some of the rooms may have a slightly stuffy smell, but perhaps the renovation next door might be the culprit.

good location as it is 2 minutes away from Earl's court station, many shops/restaurants/cafes that are convenient walk away, friendly staff, TV, shower was hot and nice, has a fan if needed
Because the room was quite small and we were in basement room the room did feel and smell damp, not well ventilated, pillows were a bit flat but were still comfortable to sleep on
