The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was good with warm items and staff was welcoming. The bedroom was not super clean especially the bathroom floor which clearly had not

Overall, my stay was not bad. I appreciated the simple breakfast that was provided, and the air conditioning worked well, which made my stay more comfortable.
However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and housekeeping service. The toilet paper ran out, and although I asked for assistance, the issue was not resolved promptly. I also requested room service/housekeeping for my room, but the service I needed was not completed.
While there were some positive aspects to my stay, I believe there is room for improvement in cleanliness and customer service.
