This is by far the best hotel, you could ever possibly get! The customer service is exceptional, very attentive, prompt and well organised. Their inventory was international experience, room service was high grade. Very and helpful staff! Nothing was a problem. If you are staying in Saigon you will feel like royalty. You must stay at this place.

I had a couple minor problems the last time I stayed. This time they were amazing from getting me the correct juice for my drink discount on my upgrade. Everything was amazing

Luxury hotel with luxury design and attentive service in the center of district 01 in HoChiMinh;
we have arrived for a weekend of my wife birthday and were treated with great attention;
the rooms are spacy and confortable, the stuff are helpful and service oriented; the amenties are fantastic;
