Was very to/from the airport via the metro. There was good access to the tourist areas via the metro. Clean Hotel with good amenities. Buffet breakfast was good. Reception staff were polite, helpful, spoke English.

The staff at the hotel, from the reception desk to the people who clean the rooms, are wonderful! They accommodated every request I made as if it were no issue at all. They had cold lemon and mint leaves water in the lobby (and anyone spending time in Madrid during the summer knows how one looks forward to it every day). Everything is super clean, and everyone is nice.
The hotel is close to several metro stations, easy walk everywhere, very nice and safe area, full of students, restaurants, cafes, shops. It was a really enjoyable stay.
