It was a very busy day with outside people trying to come in and cause havoc, however the young lady that helped us checked in was very professional and helpful and handled the situations that were inc ring of her beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant and she made it so easy even after I got locked out of my room( my fault). She was awesome and just want to recognize her for her dedicated customer service.

Room was clean. Windows had some kinda of blocker on them so I couldn't see out. Bed was a little hard for me but other than that everything was good

Breakfast was great. This is the only hotel I've stayed at for a long time with a full Breakfast. If you are traveling with children it could possibly save you some big bucks. They serve potatoes sausage eggs waffles cold cereal toast coffee juice yogurt fresh fruit and all the trimmings. Honestly a family of 4 could save 80 dollars over eating out. Im impressed. The staff is very helpful and courteous. They helped me print a very important document and saved me a bunch of time. I will be making them my go to hotel while in Bakersfield.
