Wonderful hotel in a great location Stayed here in May 2026 and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were amazing and looked after us throughout our 3 nights stay. We booked the family three bedroom villa with private pool. The pool was a good size and the kids made use of this every day. Breakfast could be had in the restaurant (we did twice) or delivered to the room (we did once). The standard was always the same and always plentiful. The service when going into the restaurant was a little slow, but nothing too bad – just worth noting if you have trips to get to – which we did and probably made us over worry about service times. As for other meals, we did not eat in the restaurant but had food delivered on our first night and the standard was very good and the prices very reasonable. We did have drinks in the bar one night and again very reasonable in price. Rooms use standard lock and key. For one room the door could be locked from the inside without a key, but for the other it needed the key. Worth noting if travelling with children as they need to lock themselves in and you then wont have access to the room. Rooms were always clean and generally in very good condition. The upper room is very spacious. The location is down a road that cannot be accessed by cars, but its easy to get the hotel golf buggy to take you between hotel and area to get drivers/taxi’s. Beautiful accommodations with a fantastic staff. Close enough to Ubud center that it is not inconvenient, but far enough a way for a more tranquil experience. Included breakfast had many delicious options to choose from. The property exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return!

Stunning property. The staff were all so friendly. We had a fantastic half day tour with Aris. He taught us so much on our adventure. We also had another staff member in the restaurant that was remarkable. Sadly, we don't have his name. We would come back for sure!

Staff was out standing and went out of the way to help. Also very friendly. Loved the pool and it's location outside my cottage. Cottage was comfortable with wonderful sitting porch. Bathroom was a challenge as there was a large step down into. Flooring was large slaps of rocks with river rock al around. Had a great. Yoga instructor. Staff very good at setting up whatever tours you wanted. I would love to go back one word. Of caution. You need to be physically able To do stairs easily. Also I needed better lighting and staff. Very responsive in fixing for me.
