I have nothing negative to say about this Hotel. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived to the moment we left. The staff are fantastic. They are always in a great mood and super freindly and helpful. The property was beautiful, modern, well maintained and spotless. The location of the property is axcellwnt. It is centrally located in Olhao. Just a few minutes walk to restaurants, the waterfront and also the ferry to go see the barrier islands. We were truly blown away with this hotel. Honestly, it is one of the best hotels weve stayed at and will definitley be going back. We love Olhao and we love this hotel and would recommend it to everyone.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and we continue to be thoroughly impressed. The property is maintained to such an impeccable standard that it feels brand new. Our room was quiet, comfortably air-conditioned, and featured an excellent bed. Housekeeping was outstanding, servicing the room daily with fresh towels, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the entire premises.The staff are fantastic—highly professional and fully fluent in English, which made communication seamless.
The hotel’s location is ideal, situated just a short walk from the vibrant marina front and its excellent selection of restaurants and bars. Additionally, the convenience of having both a pharmacy and a well-stocked supermarket immediately next door is a major plus for any last-minute essentials.
We are already looking forward to our third visit next year. Highly recommended. 10/10

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and made more so by the unfailing courtesy, efficiency, and attentiveness of the young staff. The buffet breakfast was very good. The location was perfect being minutes on foot from everything in the town.

Loved this hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. The Rooftop bar and pool was lovely, always managed to get a lounger despite it being peak season. Great food and cocktails. Ideal location, short walk to the town. Nice and quiet would definitely return.
