I really love this place. I go to the cape every year and I always stay here!! The property is beautiful and very close to beaches and lovely restaurants with gorgeous scenery. On the property they have a pool during season and a lovely duck pond that I love to go sit near. The staff are wonderful people and the rooms are absolutely fantastic, some rooms have a deck as well which is always nice and the rooms come with Ac which is always nice during the hot summer seasons

The room was refurbished and clean. The bed was super comfortable and offered a great night sleep.

The property has new owners. They still have a lot to fix outside, painting, to and landscaping. The rooms were renovated. The bathroom had no toilet paper holder , no hooks to hang towels or clothes on in the bathroom. They did have a full length mirror with light. Small closet with only 3 hangars.

Convenient location and parking, a nice size room. Clean and modern. The best part was the lovely goose and ducks who live in the pond outside!
