Great location, good price, friendly staff. Great sized room, still modern enough and clean. Only improvement would be a better shower head which was small and a little calcified. Will be back however as always enjoy staying here when in town

A truly excellent little hotel at the east end of Rundle Street with very spacious and functional guest rooms, the only negatives being the poor lighting over the vanity and the very slippery bath - a bit of a hazard for those of us of advanced years.
The staff are very obliging, really reflecting what the hospitality industry is all about, and the portions on the breakfast menu are very generous.
Location-wise, the hotel is convenient for free tram and bus services and surrounded by excellent restaurants offering almost any cuisine that you might fancy.

Large, clean room. Reception staff helpful. Close to transport and eateries. Rundle Mall around the corner. Great stay.
