Staffs were really helpful with wonderful service. Amenities in the rooms with great quality stuffs. Yukata is provided. Relaxing environment with old style bathtub.

The hotel staff were so helpful and lovely. We were there during a festival and they helped me with my yukata. The room was so serene and we loved the cypress bath. This was my favorite place that we've stayed in Japan.
