We stayed there for few days. Exceptional service, food and staff.
We had premium package. No waiting in line, welcome you with drinks and pack of fruits will be delivered in your room before you.
Everything is included, no need to worry about eating anything from outside.

The entire staff is fantastic. Friendly, courteous and always helpful, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Learning your Spanish is important as many of the staff don't speak English or French. It is also respectful and they appreciate when you, at least try. Some guests smoke cigarettes in areas where they shouldn't be. I'd like to see a more aggressive approach regarding enforcement by the staff. Public areas, hallways and rooms should all be smoke free and most smokers are inconsiderate. That's my only concern. Otherwise, can't wait to come back!!

My room fridge was very old and rusty. My room smelled like mold and it looked old
