We had a lovely stay! The property is gorgeous, and the views are absolutely stunning. While our overall experience was positive and we would happily return, we did notice a few areas for improvement. First, the breakfast felt overpriced for the options provided, and we noticed some trash left in common areas that wasn't cleared for a couple of hours, which made us wonder if the team was short-staffed. Additionally, since resort guests often look for diverse culinary experiences, we'd love to see the breakfast and dinner menus expanded in the future.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Mountain View Grand. The staff appeared to take pride in the hotel and their work. When I lost my earring, every staff member we encountered assisted us until it was found. At breakfast the next morning, Kendron, our waiter, being unaware of the outcome of the missing earring, greeted us with an expression of concern followed by a smile when he learned of our success. This was a positive experience!
