everything was as great, with the exception we had trouble getting transport to leave the property due to a cycling event it would have been helpful to ahve been made aware of this on arrival

I asked for a queen bed, but they provided 2 twin bed.
They provided just a sheet to cover and the pillows where super hard.
No room service after 3 pm

Stayed 4 nights in June, the hotel has a good location near buses, metro, train stations, Mercadonas and Airport. The buffet breakfast is good. The rooms are ok but could benefit from having a dresser/chest to tidy clothes instead or leaving them in suitcases. The staff were helpful and appreciated the radiant smile and help of Garmina when we raised any concerns. Overall it is a good place for a short stay away from the traffic and city noises.

We arrived late due to a flight delay and immediately were offered a 2 hour late checkout, really appreciated that.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the property lovely
