Immaculately clean, comfortable bed; the two most important things. We've stayed at more charming places in Great Barrington, but our usual B&B required two nights and we only wanted one. Nothing fancy, no frills, but ultimately quite satisfactory. We would stay here again. P.S. we found some charm and a nice breakfast at the Holli Cafe.

its dated old and it was sitll very clean every thing worked Room care was good. The microwave and the frig were nice.
but got to give a thumbs down to no coffee in the rooom

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s well maintained, very clean, lots of hot water, and conveniently located. I highly recommend it. The owners live there, and they are a lovely couple, who are sincerely interested in each guest.
